Darrell Irwin – MD and Creative Director
Darrell Irwin has been building Cre8ion by fully utilizing the skills and experience gathered by working with blue-chip clients such as Virgin Holidays, Levis, Zurich Financial Services to name a few. Working cross sector Darrell continues to build a team focused on ground-breaking solutions and techniques that challenge the creative arena. Launching the Ethical Media Network, Darrell’s passion for agency spends to impact communities and see the industries influence society positively is fast becoming an increasing reality.
Loulita Gill – Creative Head (Print)
Loulita Gill’s vast experience within the field of brand building and implementation across traditional media ensures that our solutions always have that mark of excellence. With her team she continues to break the mould and provide innovative solutions to complex creative briefs. Loulita is the original member of the department and pioneered many of the departments we have now grown. Her passion is Photoshop and has continued to make our team look good (literally) for years. An amazing team-builder has seen her train and challenge members to think outside the box and constantly improve their skills. Her approach to see people reach their full potential continually motivates and inspires all who meet her.
Simon Cowling – Creative Head (Digtial)
Simon’s journey from techie to Digital head has been a testimony to what one can do with a pioneering spirit! Taking on all the challenges of the Digital world Simon’s skills have helped develop our increasingly strong digital portfolio. From Film to Web, Photography to Audio, Simon’s hands on approach and ability to deliver increasingly winning creative direction across a vast array of clients is one of our biggest assets. Simon sees every issue and opportunity and has the unique ability to get the most out of any technology. When asked ‘Is possible?’ Simon always has a ‘yes’, and if he doesn’t have the answer immediately, be prepared to be amazed as he always delivers.
Julian Clarke – Creative Head (Editorial)
Our most ‘mature’ member of the team brings with it an extensive knowledge in the Editorial arena. During his long career Julian has worked with the BBC to serving many charitable organisations needing his specialist skills in dealing with the press. Julian forever keeps Cre8ion on its toes by keeping one eye on the future developments within the industry whilst pursuing his passion in film, photography and scriptwriting.
His very English tone provides the team with a statesman whose Welsh origin is only revealed when the rugby is on!
Alison Shelper – Client Services
Alison’s amazing project planning ability as well as her expertise within the motion arena has helped us pull off some of our largest projects. From multiple location shoots, to asking team members those difficult questions that demand answering. Alison’s ability to capture the heart of the creative brief enables our team to not only meet expectations but exceed them. Alison’s determination to see things through have made her an invaluable member of the team and in the areas of problem solving is nearly always right (she would actually contest ‘nearly’!).
Chris Parker – Marketing and Strategy
A vastly experienced Pre-Sales, Marketing and Business Development Manager with diverse experience (working with NASA and Boeing) that includes developing corporate diversification strategies and growing new business in Pan-European market sectors, including new technology, Hardware and Software Systems, and Electronics Manufacturing. Mixed with sales channel development, qualification of new markets and opportunities and general business and marketing support activities. Chris is focused on developing long-term relationships, understanding client challenges and working on solutions that can create and build value. Chris has the ability to think big and connect with major players using his superb communication skills and optimistic outlook on life.
Nasir Sardar – Television
Nasir, or George as he is affectionately known has grown tremendously as a key member within our Digital set-up. Extremely clever with the ‘green screen’ George’s mix of humour and hard working ethic always gets the best out of clients and ‘makes it happen’. From location shoots to interview techniques George manages to get the ‘money shots’ where some budgets need stretching. Mixing Hollywood with Bollywood and the odd spicy dish, George adds an awesome flavour to the mix.
George Tunnah – Internet/Audio
George Tunnah brings phenomenal creative solutions across the online arena, managing the creative direction of many of our websites. Building on brand, George manages to utilize the very best of online technology to make each site as interactive as possible. Managing e-campaigns to developing the various plug-ins necessary to delivering content rich solutions, George also enjoys recording bespoke tracks for our more demanding of clients looking for unique soundtracks. He quite possibly has the most diverse music taste in the team – from classical to progressive rock!
Nathan Logan– Art Director/Illustrator
Nathan is our resident artist, and has both outstanding abilities in Photoshop and fine art, that has seen his work on billboards to transforming warehouses. Using traditional disciplines within the field, he creates original imagery that complements our winning headlines. His concepts often form the basis of many of our conference work and magazine articles.
Janet Fraser – Photography
Our all action woman, Janet makes a habit of capturing life’s greatest moments through a lens. Whether it’s charging through London at breakneck speeds or producing the winning image that takes your campaign to another level, Janet is one woman that can deliver. Using traditional techniques and bringing them into the digital age ensures that principles transcend generations. Her energetic presence encourages and inspires even the most pressurized of challenges.
